We believe in "One Team, One Way, One LYNDONS."This position will be based at our Salisbury Branch.Responsibilities include:OperationsBe the first point of contact for customers entering the trade centreAddressing customer enquiries in a timely manner in relation to invoices and accounts, stock/products, quotes/orders and customer feedbackUnderstand and identify customers' needs, clarify information and provide solutions and/or alternatives where requiredIdentify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell productsBuild sustainable relationships with customers by being proactive and passionate about providing a high level of customer serviceUpdating the Lyndons CRM and other databases as requiredGenerate quotes and send to customersKeeping up-to-date with product knowledge and other company informationWorkplace Health and SafetyTake responsibilities on behalf of the organisation,
