Le Purée is a growing Australian food business focused on producing high-quality, nutritious food for babies, toddlers and families.As our business continues to grow, we are expanding our production team and looking for people who want to grow with us.Our goal is to build a solid, reliable and professional food production operation where food safety, quality, consistency and teamwork are at the centre of everything we do.We are looking for an experienced and motivated Cook Assistant to join our production kitchen team.About the RoleYou will be responsible for assisting with the preparation and cooking of our products, working with our kitchen team to achieve daily production requirements while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.Key ResponsibilitiesSteaming and preparation of ingredientsCooking using a Bratt PanBlending and processing cooked ingredientsFollowing recipes, batch sheets and production schedulesAccurately weighing and preparing ingredientsFollowing HACCP and food safety proceduresCompleting production and food safety recordsMaintaining a clean,



organised and hygienic workstationAssisting with cleaning and sanitationWorking efficiently to achieve daily production targetsWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 4 years of cooking or commercial kitchen experienceExperience with steaming, Bratt Pan cooking and blending preferredFood manufacturing or production kitchen experience highly regardedGood understanding of HACCP and food safetyStrong attention to detailClean and organisedReliable and punctualMotivated with a strong work ethicPositive attitude and team playerComfortable working in a fast-paced production environmentWorking HoursMonday to Friday, approximately 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM.Hours may vary depending on production requirements.Why Join Le Purée?
