This is a casual position that offers flexibility whilst providing excellent customer service in our retail environment.
As a Retail Shop Assistant, you will be the face of our business, ensuring customers receive a welcoming experience whilst browsing and purchasing our products.
This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for outstanding service and support in the retail sector.Key responsibilitiesGreeting customers warmly and providing friendly, professional assistance with their shopping needsDemonstrating product knowledge and recommending items based on customer requirementsProcessing transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handling cash and card paymentsMaintaining a clean, organised and visually appealing shop environment at all timesRestocking shelves and displays with merchandise in an orderly mannerAssisting with stock management and inventory checks as requiredAnswering customer enquiries and resolving concerns with professionalism and courtesySupporting promotional activities and seasonal displaysAdhering to health,
