The Opportunity
n
Full-Time where you'll report to the HR Manager (Divisional) and act as a pivotal operational and strategic partner to line managers.
n

Strategic Partnership: Coach and build management capability, providing expert advice on talent acquisition, retention, performance, and career pathways.
n
Operational Excellence: Provide practical, commercial advice across the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring alignment with WISE's vision and strategy.
n
Risk Mitigation: Confidently manage Employee and Industrial Relations concerns, applying sound knowledge of Modern Awards and the Fair Work Act.
n
Continuous Improvement: Be proactive! You'll use your technical savvy and creative thinking to improve systems, processes, and procedures that enhance the employee experience.
n
Compliance & Reporting: Maintain corporate compliance, manage the HRIS platform, and analyse key metrics to provide insights that inform business decisions.

What You'll Bring to WISE
n
We're looking for an Advisor with 3+ years' experience in an HR role and a strong blend of technical expertise and emotional intelligence.
n
n
Experience & Education:n
n
3+ years of direct experience in a similar HR role.
n
Tertiary qualification in HR Management or a related field.
n
n
People & Process Skills:n
n




A genuine passion for people and a commitment to a strong employee experience.
n
Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
n
Strong business acumen and high emotional intelligence to effectively partner with and guide all employees.
n
n
Technical & Legal Knowledge:n
n
Proven practical knowledge and interpretation of Modern Awards and the Fair Work Act.
n
Sound experience managing Employee or Industrial Relations.
n
Technically savvy with HRIS/systems, with an ability to continually improve existing tools.
n
n

Full Australian Working Rights.
