The OpportunityWearn is looking for multiple motivated and reliable Plant Operators with proven experience across a variety of quarry and civil machinery.
The successful candidates will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of plant and equipment on our sites to support production, loading, and material handling activities.This is a casual prospect with the potential to progress to permanent employment once skills to perform the role are demonstrated.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate plant and equipment such as excavators, loaders, dump trucks, dozers, graders and other machinery as requiredConduct daily pre-starts and maintain equipment in accordance with company standardsWork closely with supervisors to meet production targetsMaintain a strong safety focus and comply with WHS policies and proceduresAssist with general labouring or site tasks when requiredWhat We're Looking ForDemonstrated experience operating heavy machinery in a quarry or civil environment for a minimum of three (3) yearsRelevant VOC's and SOA's (e.g., excavator,
