About the Role
n
This is a portfolio-based Property Management position, with properties located throughout just the Moreton Bay region,



minimising travel and allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional service to your landlords and tenants.
n
We invest in the latest technology and streamlined processes to support our Property Managers and reduce administrative workload. You'll have access to industry-leading systems including Inspection Express 360AI for inspections and TAPI for maintenance management, helping you work more efficiently while delivering an exceptional client experience
n
Using industry-leading systems and processes, you'll take ownership of your portfolio while being supported by an experienced and collaborative team.

About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
Previous portfolio Property Management experience
n
A professional, proactive and customer-focused approach
n
Strong communication, organisation and time management skills
n
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
A current Real Estate Certificate and Driver's Licence
n
n
Experience with Console, IRE and Realworks will be highly regarded but is not essential.
n
