Pathway to PR Sponsorship after two years
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive mental health and risk assessments
Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions
Provide recovery-focused, person-centred care
Administer and monitor medications safely
Respond to acute mental health presentations and crises
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on treatment planning and discharge coordination
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and care records
Support consumers, families, and carers throughout their recovery journey
Requirements
Registered Mental Health Nurse
Minimum 2-3 years post-registration Mental Health Nursing experience in the UK / Irish Healthcare system
Experience within inpatient, acute, community, crisis, or rehabilitation mental health settings
Hold, or be eligible for, AHPRA registration
Solid clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development
