You'll have the autonomy to manage your own jobs, the support of an experienced operational team, and the opportunity to further develop your technical skills while contributing to a collaborative branch environment.About the roleYour responsibilities will include:Removing, repairing and replacing windscreens and other automotive glass components across a wide range of vehiclesManaging jobs from assessment through to completionCompleting chip repairs,



resealing work and glass replacements to industry standardsAssessing vehicle damage and recommending the most appropriate repair or replacement solutionDelivering outstanding customer service whilst maintaining a customer satisfaction rating above 4.6 starsCommunicating effectively with customers, colleagues and branch managementContributing to team knowledge by supporting and mentoring less experienced team members About youThis position requires previous automotive glazing experience.To be considered, you will need:Demonstrated experience fitting and repairing automotive glassA current Australian driver's licenceStrong technical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsHigh standards of safety and workmanshipAbility to work independently and manage mobile jobsProfessional communication and customer service skillsFlexibility to attend occasional training sessions or meetings outside standard working hoursAustralian working rights or the skills and experience required to be considered for employer sponsorshipA Certificate III in Automotive Glazing will be highly regarded but is not essential for experienced candidates )
