About the Role
As the Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team while adhering to the hotel and Hyatt International's brand standards, ensuring an excellent and consistent level of service is provided to our customers at all times.
Some of the responsibilities include:
Provide administrative support to the Director of Sales and Marketing and the Sales & Marketing team
Coordinate incoming calls for the team
Maintain the Sales & Marketing data base, including accurate data entry, updates, unsubscribes and new contacts
Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of Sales & Marketing events including corporate functions
Sales trips and tradeshow preparation and follow up
Conduct hotel tours with clients as required
Qualifications
Tertiary qualifications in hospitality, sales & marketing or related business education
Previous experience in an administrative role or hotel operations would be advantageous
Solid attention to detail, exceptional organisational and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Well-developed computer skills particularly in the use of Microsoft Office
