About the Role:Exciting leadership opportunity for a dynamic individual as the Business Manager for the site.
This role involves steering the success of a cutting-edge Regional Livestock Exchanges (RLX) facility, leading a team, leading safety and environment compliance on site, ensuring seamless business operations, facility upkeep, financial and business management, and compliance with industry standards.
As the key liaison with stakeholders, including clients, community, and industry representatives, the role also presents the chance to explore and cultivate new business prospects.Key Responsibilities:Manage the business operations at the site encompassing:Facility ManagementFinancial PerformancePeople ManagementEnvironment and OHS ManagementBuild and nurture relationships with clients,
