Commercial Disputes Associate
to join its regional office on a permanent basis.
You will play a key role within a busy disputes practice, handling a broad range of complex commercial litigation matters for a diverse client base.

Requirements
Approximately 4-6 years' PQE in commercial litigation and dispute resolution.




Demonstrable experience managing a varied caseload independently.
Solid commercial awareness and the ability to provide strategic, risk-based advice to clients.
Excellent written and oral advocacy skills, including experience of court proceedings.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships while effectively managing competing priorities.
Qualifications
Qualified solicitor holding (or eligible to hold) a current practising certificate.
Law degree, GDL, or equivalent legal qualification.
Completion of the LPC, SQE, or equivalent professional qualification pathway.
