Property Manager or Junior PM - St George

Manage a small portfolio with guidance from a hands on and experienced Head of Property Management.
n
This role suits an Assistant PM or Property Manager who wants to build their confidence and grow into a larger portfolio over time, backed by genuine mentoring and support.
n
You will manage a small portfolio to start, which will grow as your experience and confidence grows, with support from leasing and accounts along the way.
n
Monday to Friday
n
What You Will Be Doing;
n
n
Managing and building solid relationships with landlords and tenants
n
Actioning repairs and maintenance requests
n
Conducting ingoing and outgoing inspections
n
Conducting routine inspections
n
Managing arrears and following up outstanding payments
n




Preparing documentation and attending NCAT when required
n
Taking ownership of your portfolio and delivering a high level of service.
n

What You Will Need

Current NSW Real Estate Licence (Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence)
n
Full Australian working rights

Previous experience in a Leasing, Assistant PM, Property Officer or PM role
