Job Description
HESTA Super Fund is seeking an experienced Operational Resilience Manager to lead the development of enterprise resilience across a complex environment. You will partner with Operations, Risk and external providers to ensure preparedness for disruption and continuity of member services.

You'll design crisis management arrangements, run stress tests and deliver insights to leadership while building a high-performing, team-oriented team in a regulated financial services setting.
