We specialise in waterproofing, facade remediation, cladding replacement, fire upgrades and concrete and structural repairs across residental strata and commercial buildings.
You will be responsible for managing projects from commencement through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard.About the RoleManaging multiple remedial projects from start to finishManaging project budgets, costs, variations and progress claimsCoordinating clients, consultants, subcontractors and site teamsManaging project programmes, risks and contractual requirementsLeading and supporting Project Managers and site teamsProviding regular project updates and reporting to senior managementEnsuring WHS,



quality and compliance requirements are metOccasionally assisting estimators with tender reviews and methodology on upcoming projectsAbout YouWe are looking for someone with:Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within remedial construction or a similar sectorSound understanding of construction contracts (AS ****/AS **** or similar), including variations, EOTs and progress claimsExperience dealing with owners' corporations, strata managers, building managers and consulting engineersWorking knowledge of the NSW Design and Building Practitioners Act, Home Building Act and fire safety compliance requirementsExcellent communication, leadership and negotiation skillsThe ability to manage multiple projects and competing prioritiesA solid focus on safety, quality and client satisfactionRelevant qualifications in Construction Management, Building, Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline are preferredCurrent White Card and driver's licenceWhy Dapcor?
