The Policy Advisor will support the development of high quality, proactive policy advice to drive climate action, build Victoria's circular economy and support environment protection. The Policy Advisor will work within a team and collaborate with other teams across the department and portfolio, toprovideexpert, authoritative and timely policy advice to the Minister, the department's executive and other government departments.
Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications
Experience in undertaking policy analysis and providing policy advice is desirable.
Experience undertaking engagement with stakeholders on policy issues is desirable.
An understanding of Victorian Government policy processes is desirable.
Tertiary qualification(s) in a relevant field are desirable.
This is a fixed term position available until 30 June ****. The work location for this position is 8 Nicholson Street, East Melbourne with hybrid work arrangements available.
