What does the job look like?
We are seeking a Safety and Compliance Manager to support a major NSW transport operation.
This hands-on role will see you working across multiple sites, partnering with operational teams to improve safety performance, manage risk and drive continuous improvement.
You'll have the opportunity to influence outcomes across a large, complex network while building strong relationships with leaders and stakeholders.
Key areas:
Lead incident investigations and implement sustainable corrective actions
Conduct audits, site inspections and compliance reviews across multiple sites
Analyse safety and compliance performance to identify trends and risks
Provide advice on transport safety, compliance and risk management practices
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen safety outcomes
Build robust relationships with operational teams and customer stakeholders
Are you the one?




You are a practical safety professional who enjoys working in operational environments and influencing positive outcomes through strong stakeholder engagement.
You can demonstrate:
Experience within transport operations or large multi-site environments
Strong safety and compliance background
Certificate IV or Diploma in Work Health & Safety
Experience leading audits, investigations and corrective actions
Understanding of risk management and regulatory compliance
Ability to build relationships and influence operational teams
