The warehouse function forms a critical component of the broader Inventory Planning team, which also encompasses Material Control, Material Planning, Logistics and SAP Master Data Management.

About The Role
n
This role is responsible for overseeing daily MILVEHCOE warehouse operations and leading a dedicated team to ensure accurate, productive handling of inventory. It plays a key part within the broader Inventory Planning function, supporting material control, planning, logistics and SAP data integrity.
n
The role will report to the Warehouse Manager and will be responsible for leading a cohesive team of warehouse personnel on the afternoon shift.

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes:
n
n
Certificate IV in Warehousing Operations;
n




TLIF**** - Administer CoR policies and procedures & TLID**** - Load and unload goods / cargo;
n
Proven experience in warehouse operations, including team supervision and coordination of daily workflows;
n
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced, safety conscious environment;
n
Strong understanding of inventory control processes and integration with material planning and logistics functions;
n
Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP, for inventory management and data accuracy;
n
Hold a current Forklift Licence;
n
Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience; and
n
Eligibility to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required).
