We are seeking a skilled and passionate Full time Cook to join our team at Momo's Hunt, a vibrant and rapid-paced dining establishment known for bold Nepali flavors and high-quality dishes. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a high-energy kitchen, a strong understanding of food preparation techniques, and a commitment to maintaining high standards in both flavor and presentation.
Key responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following established recipes and quality standards.
Cook food with regulating temperature and proper seasoning.
Ensure food is presented attractively and consistently ensuring quality.
Planning food preparation and coordinating cooking activities.
Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen environment in compliance with food safety regulations.
Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering, and minimize food waste.
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.
Adapt to customer requests, dietary requirements, and special orders with precision.
Store food in controlled temperature.
About you




At least one year experience as a cook in a busy kitchen setting.
Strong knowledge of Nepali flavors, cooking techniques, food safety, and sanitation practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high-quality standards.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding food.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or Equivalent.
Competitive salary package ($75,000–$85,000 per year) + Super
