We are now seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Services Officer to join the team in the supermarket industry. This role provides customer and retailer support across a broad range of service, administrative and operational activities, with a key focus on managing enquiries, resolving complaints and claims, coordinating service issues, and ensuring matters are followed through to resolution.
Working closely with internal teams, retailers, and customers, the Customer Services Officer will help ensure a high standard of service delivery while supporting order coordination, reporting, retailer engagement, outbound communications, and the maintenance of manuals and training materials.
This position requires strong communication and organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high volumes of enquiries and competing priorities while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.
The position is based at the Brisbane Head Office in Acacia Ridge and reports to the Retail Services Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage internal and external customer and retailer enquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses
Investigate customer complaints and claims,



coordinate corrective actions, and follow issues through to resolution
Maintain and report on service issues, claims data, and customer service metrics using Navision and related systems
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service issues, improve processes, and support service objectives
Maintain accurate records of customer, uniform, and export orders; liaise with the rebuying team on stock availability and ETAs
Support dispatch and sales teams with order tracking, sales quotas, and transport-related issues
Manage high-volume email inboxes and ensure follow-up actions are completed
Conduct outbound calls using scripted messaging to promote seasonal offers, trade shows, regional meetings, and services
Update, collate, and promote in-house manuals and training materials to support customer knowledge and compliance
Desired Qualifications & Skills:
Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with retailers
Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role
Highly organised with excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills




Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with CRM or ERP systems (Navision desirable)
Strong attention to detail with a proactive problem-solving approach
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Experience within the supermarket or retail industry is highly regarded
