Life Fertility Clinic is seeking a compassionate and organised Nursing Administration Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team in Bowen Hills, Queensland. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in supporting our nursing and clinical operations. As a Nursing Administration Assistant, you will be the backbone of our administrative processes, ensuring seamless coordination between clinical staff, patients, and external healthcare providers. Key responsibilities

Providing comprehensive administrative support to the nursing team, including scheduling, patient record management, and correspondence coordination
n
Managing patient appointments, confirming attendance, and handling cancellations or rescheduling requests
n
Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records in accordance with healthcare regulations and privacy requirements
n
Assisting with the preparation of clinical documentation, reports, and medical records
n
Coordinating communication between nursing staff, patients, doctors, and external medical facilities
n
Processing patient inquiries and directing them to appropriate clinical staff members
n
Supporting inventory management and ordering of nursing and clinical supplies as required
n
Assisting with administrative tasks related to patient admissions, discharge, and referrals
n
Contributing to a welcoming and professional environment that reflects the values of Life Fertility Clinic

What we're looking for
n
Proven experience in a healthcare administrative or nursing support role, preferably in a fertility or reproductive health setting
n
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
n
Proficiency in using healthcare management systems and Microsoft Office applications
n




Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with patients and staff
n
High level of attention to detail, particularly when handling sensitive patient information
n
Understanding of confidentiality requirements and compliance with privacy legislation in healthcare settings

A compassionate approach to patient care with excellent customer service skills
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Current knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with healthcare procedures
