What you'll be doing at NWM

Plan & Schedule Maintenance - Develop and manage maintenance schedules to minimise downtime and keep operations efficient.
n




Coordinate Resources - Allocate parts, labour, and tools effectively to ensure smooth maintenance activities.
n
Manage Records & Documentation - Maintain accurate records of service history, maintenance reports, and compliance paperwork in Automation & Xero.
n
Track Equipment Hours & Labour - Ensure correct charge-outs, purchase orders, and maintenance costs are recorded.
n
Ensure Compliance & Audits - Keep all maintenance records aligned with company policies and client requirements.
n Communicate with Key Stakeholders - Act as a primary point of contact for maintenance-related enquiries, providing regular updates to field teams and management.
n
What We're Looking For
n
Relevant qualifications in Business Administration, Maintenance Planning, or a related field.
n
Experience in maintenance coordination, scheduling, and record-keeping.
n
Proficiency in Automation & Xero (or similar
maintenance/financial
software).
n
Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
n
Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks efficiently.
