Job Description
Your Opportunity
The Transformation Specialist is responsible for analysing operational performance data and delivering actionable insights that support evidence-based decision-making, continuous improvement and transformation outcomes across NSW Land Registry Services. The role identifies operational issues and improvement opportunities through analysis of business performance information, monitors post-implementation outcomes and benefits realisation and develops reporting and insights that support informed decision-making and operational performance.
Your Responsibilities
Analyse operational, service and performance data to identify trends, issues, risks and opportunities that support operational improvement and business decision-making.
Develop,



maintain and enhance dashboards, reports and visualisations to provide timely, accurate and meaningful performance information to stakeholders.
Monitor and evaluate post-implementation performance, benefits realisation measures and operational outcomes to assess the effectiveness of transformation initiatives and identify opportunities for further improvement.
Partner with business stakeholders, subject matter experts and project teams to define performance measures, reporting requirements and success indicators that support organisational objectives.
Consolidate, validate and maintain data from multiple systems and information sources to improve accessibility, consistency and reliability of operational performance information.
Identify and implement improvements to reporting processes, dashboards and analytical tools to enhance usability, accessibility and stakeholder experience.
Provide analysis, reporting and recommendations that support transformation initiatives, operational improvements and evidence-based decision-making.
Contribute to data governance, reporting standards and information management practices to achieve data integrity, consistency and quality.
About You
Desired Skills and Experience
To Be Successful In This Role You Will
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Management, Commerce, Technology or a related discipline.
Demonstrated experience analysing operational, performance or business data to identify trends, issues, risks and improvement opportunities.
Experience developing and maintaining dashboards,



reports and visualisations using reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel or equivalent platforms.
Experience monitoring operational performance indicators, benefits realisation measures or business metrics to support organisational performance and decision-making.
Experience working with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver meaningful performance information and insights.
Experience working within regulated, operationally intensive, government, property, infrastructure or data-driven environments and familiarity with digital and technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
Robust analytical, problem-solving and data interpretation skills, with the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights and recommendations.
Demonstrated ability to collect, validate, consolidate and manage data from multiple systems and information sources.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Understanding of data governance, information management and reporting practices that support data quality, integrity and consistency.
