About the Role

We are seeking a passionate, qualified and
enthusiasticHorticulturistto
join our team. This role involves working across a range of established private gardens, contributing hands‐on to their ongoing care, improvement, and presentation.
n
You will be part of a supportive, tight‐knit team where your knowledge and initiative will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Maintaining and enhancing private residential gardens to a high standard
n
Plant identification, care, pruning, and seasonal maintenance
n
Soil preparation, mulching, fertilising, and irrigation management
n
Assisting with planting design and garden improvements
n
Lawn care, including mowing, edging, and turf health
n
Monitoring plant health and identifying pests/diseases
n
Secure and effective use of gardening tools and equipment
n
Working collaboratively with team members and independently when required
n
n
About You
n
n
Formal qualification in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens (cert III or above)
n
Extensive practical experience in high-end horticultural garden maintenance
n
Strong plant
knowledge/identification
and a genuine passion for horticulture
n
High attention to detail and pride in your work
n
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a small team
n
Valid driver's licence & own transport
n
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in various conditions
n
