Key responsibilities
Process customer invoice, including compilation of POD (proof of deliveries)
File and organize transport manifest
Communicate with carriers and drivers to coordinate pickups and confirm delivery documentation
Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding transport updates
About you
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
Attention to details for verifying documents and data entry
Communication skills for coordinating with carriers, warehouse teams and customers
Basic computer skills with robust knowledge of Microsoft Words and Excel
High School Diploma or GED
Entry level experience (0-2 years) in logistics, warehouse or clerical roles
