Key Responsibilities
As Service Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the service department, driving performance, customer satisfaction and team development.
Lead and develop the service team to achieve strong operational and financial results




Drive workshop productivity and efficiency
Monitor department performance and ensure budgets and KPI's are achieved
Coach and mentor technicians, apprentices and service advisors
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high CSI levels
Work closely with parts and management teams to maximise departmental performance
Ensure compliance with health and safety and manufacturer standardsi>
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across the service operation
About You
Previous experience as a Service Manager or senior automotive aftersales leader
Robust workshop and customer service management experience
Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams
Commercially minded with strong financial acumen
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
Driven, organised and results-focused
