ABOUT THE ROLE
This hands-on quick paced role offers a pathway to learn the ins and outs of warehousing operations. You'll gain real-world experience across multiple departments, setting the foundation for a successful future in operations, stock coordination, or leadership roles within our business. Based at Mainfreight Warehousing, Wacol, this role is Monday to Friday on a 45-hour week, with the potential for overtime pay.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Receiving and Inspecting Goods
Inventory Management
Order Picking and Packing
Shipping and Dispatch
Maintaining Warehouse Cleanliness and Safety
Communication and Team Collaboration
Using Technology and Equipment




Loading and unloading trucks and containers
The SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL:
Have a current and up to date LF forklift licence
Be highly motivated and thrive in a fast-paced, hands‐on environment
Demonstrate great attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning
Be a natural problem‐solver who enjoys operational challenges
Show initiative, ownership, and a desire to improve how things are done
Be well‐presented, professional, and a strong team player
Have a genuine interest in building a long‐term career in Operations or/Management
The ability to work under pressure
