About the Opportunity
n
This is a full-time, office-based position offering an opportunity to play a key role in supporting our growing organisation. Reporting directly to the Company Director, you'll provide essential HR, IR and document control support across the organisation.
n
Your ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism, confidentiality and precision will be highly valued.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
As our new HR Officer, your day-to-day may include:
n
n
Delivering timely and accurate advice on HR, Fair Work and IR matters
n
Drafting employment contracts and managing onboarding documentation
n
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employment records and HR systems
n
Managing and maintaining organisational document control systems
n
Ensuring documents are accurately named, version-controlled, filed and securely stored
n
Monitoring document expiry dates and coordinating timely updates and renewals
n
Maintaining controlled copies of HR policies, procedures, forms and templates
n
Ensuring staff have access to current and approved documentation
n
Leading the Employee Rewards & Recognition program
n
Managing offboarding processes and collating exit data
n
Reviewing and drafting HR and WHS policies to ensure compliance
n
Supporting probation and performance reviews
n
Creating and updating Position Descriptions
n
Coordinating inductions for new staff across locations
n
Facilitating EAP access and promoting staff wellbeing
n
Contributing to organisational projects and strategic initiatives
n
n
What You'll Bring
n
We're seeking someone with:
n
n
At least 4 years' experience in a generalist HR role
n
Experience in document control, records management or compliance administration
n
HR qualifications or tertiary studies (highly regarded)
n
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and NDIS Orientation Module
n
Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills
n
Strong organisational and document management skills
n
The ability to multitask, prioritise competing demands and manage your own time effectively
n
A collaborative and professional attitude
n
A genuine desire to support employees and contribute to a positive workplace
