Regal is looking for
Site Engineers
to help deliver high-quality civil construction projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The expected salary for this role is
$85,000 - $100,000 per annum plus superannuation
.
In this role, you will work closely with Project Managers, Supervisors, subcontractors and clients, playing a critical role in the planning and execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities
As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Supporting Site Managers and Project Managers in site management and coordination of staff and subcontractors.
Accurately quantifying and ordering materials to meet or exceed program milestones.
Analysing and interpreting contract documents, including specifications and drawings.
Preparing and submitting project documentation, including schedules (micro and macro), quality assurance records, and related submissions.
Maintaining document control and records, including but not limited to RFIs, ITPs, and OMMs.
Collaborating with supervisors to ensure safety compliance and foster a safe working environment.
Interpreting architectural and engineering plans, drawings, specifications, and designs.
Assisting in the development of construction methodologies and safety documentation.




Overseeing the delivery and allocation of materials and equipment.
Skills & Experience
Qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
A current Driver's Licence and Construction White Card.
A proven track record of delivering civil infrastructure, commercial landscaping, earthworks, or public domain projects.
You possess confidence to interpret engineering drawings, coordinate site set-out, and provide technical support during construction.
Experience coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, plant, and materials to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
Experience monitoring project progress, managing project documentation, tracking variations, and supporting cost control.
In depth understanding of Quality Assurance (QA), Workplace Health & Safety (WHS), and environmental compliance.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (or similar).
