Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Marketing Manager to join our vibrant, fast-paced team on a 12-month fixed term contract. Based in our modern offices in the Newcastle CBD, this role will work across a diverse portfolio of brands within a growing, family-run group, including Skildare HR, Molly Morgan Wines, and Defence businesses. You will be joining an exceptional team that values quality work, practical thinking, and solid relationships.

This is a pivotal role as we continue to strengthen our market presence, grow our brands, and support continued growth across our operations. You will lead marketing delivery across multiple areas, including brand positioning, digital marketing, campaigns, events, communications, content, stakeholder engagement and marketing systems.

We are looking for a commercially focused marketing professional who can balance high-level planning with practical, hands-on delivery. You will be confident working across both planning and execution, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver meaningful business outcomes.

Key responsibilities
n
Lead marketing delivery across multiple areas, including brand positioning, digital marketing, campaigns, events, communications, content, stakeholder engagement and marketing systems
n
Develop and deliver marketing strategies across both B2B and B2C environments
n
Manage campaigns from strategy through to execution
n
Manage external agencies, graphic designers, photographers, media partners or marketing suppliers
n
Interpret marketing performance data and translate insights into practical activity
n
About you
n
Minimum 8+ years' experience in marketing, communications, brand management or a similar senior marketing role
n
Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or business
n
Proven experience developing and delivering marketing strategies across both B2B and B2C environments
n
Experience working across multiple brands, services, or customer segments
n
Strong capability in digital marketing, including social media, SEO, website management, email marketing and analytics
n
Experience managing campaigns from strategy through to execution
n
High-quality written communication and content development skills
n
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities
n
Experience working with external agencies, graphic designers, photographers, media partners or marketing suppliers
n
Experience interpreting marketing performance data and translating insights into practical activity
