As Team Leader, you'll be responsible for running landscaping jobs from day to day, organising your team, maintaining high standards and helping us deliver great results for our clients. This is a hands‐on leadership position for someone who knows the landscaping industry, takes pride in delivering quality work and can confidently lead a team on site.

About you
n

Experienced hardscaper and/or horticulturist with solid practical landscaping knowledge
n
Strong hardscaping or horticultural experience
n




Experience leading or supervising a landscaping team
n
Excellent knowledge of landscape construction and/or garden installation
n
Ability to read plans, organise materials and run jobs efficiently
n
Good communication and problem‐solving skills
n
High standards of workmanship and attention to detail
n
Strong work ethic and reliable, professional attitude
n
Current driver's licence
n
