About the Role
This entry-level role is designed to prepare you for a future as an NDIS Support Coordinator.
You will:
Begin supporting participants and families right away,



making contact with clients and service providers on a day-to-day basis via phone and email.
Receive hands-on training and mentorship from experienced team members.
Gain exposure to NDIS frameworks, participant planning, and coordination processes.
Develop skills in advocacy, communication, and person-centered service delivery.
Strive to meet deadlines and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the highest standard of service delivery.
