Diamond Nail Supplies is a leading nail and beauty supplier in Western Sydney who is expanding our team! We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are available a minimum of 3 days per week for casual and permanent part-time Sales Assistant positions to deliver outstanding customer service to our retail and wholesale customers. So if you are reliable, friendly and approachable,we'd love to meet you!

Familiarity and knowledge in nail technology or beauty trends and fluency in Vietnamese would be highly desirable.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
Greeting and interacting with customers in store
n
Providing relevant advice and technical information suitable to the customer needs via in
store/phone/email/social
platforms
n
Demonstrating or explaining the application procedure of products to customers
n
Processing payments using POS system
n
Liaising with the marketing team to create content such as nail art designs or tutorials to share on our website or online socials
n
Picking,



packing and dispatching of online, phone and email orders
n
Stock replenishments and merchandising
n
Assisting with organisation and cleanliness
n
Other ad hoc duties as required
n
Required Skills:
n
Basic computer skills
n
Friendly, approachable, and excellent customer service
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
n
Willingness to learn product knowledge and systems
n
Desired Skills (But Not Required):
n
Fluent in Vietnamese
n
Experience in retail, beauty, or customer service
n
Knowledge or interest in nail, beauty, or cosmetic products
n
Experience using POS systems
n
Beauty qualification or salon experience
