This is your opportunity to earn while you learn, completing a Certificate III in Individual Support while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a supportive and rewarding setting. Working alongside experienced professionals, you'll develop the skills and knowledge needed to provide compassionate care and support to residents while building a meaningful and fulfilling career.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Delivering compassionate care and support to help residents with their daily living needs
n
Assisting with activities that promote wellbeing, independence and quality of life
n
Monitoring and reporting any changes in residents health and wellbeing
n
Participate in Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) training and activities
n
Building positive relationships with residents, families and team members
n

Positive attitude and able to adapt to varying situations

Physically fit and enjoy being active in a hands on role

Willing to complete pre-employment checks and required vaccinations, where applicable.
