Weldworks Australia PTY LTD is looking for an experienced Painting Trades Worker for our client's construction industry (residential homes, commercial buildings, and public spaces) across NSW, WA in Australia. On a full-time basis, you will be part of a multidisciplinary and well-supported team. Title: Painting Trades Worker, Full- time position Salary: A$ 90,****** to 98,****** plus super Work Location: In person. We are looking for applicants who demonstrate the following:

Certificate 4 in painting and Decorating.
n
Proven experience as a Painting Trades Worker for at least 2 years.
n
Knowledge of technical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Surface Preparation: Knowledge of techniques to clean, sand, and prime surfaces before painting.
n
Application Techniques: Proficiency in applying different types of paint, varnish,



and coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray guns.
n
Colour Mixing: Ability to mix and match paint colours to achieve the desired shades and finishes.
n
Tool Maintenance: Understanding of how to maintain and store painting tools and equipment.
n
Lift and Carry Equipment: Ability to lift and carry heavy paint containers, ladders, and other equipment.
n
Dexterity: Fine motor skills for accurate painting and detail work.
n
Quality Control: Ensuring that paint is applied evenly and surfaces are free from imperfections.
n
Finish
n

Work: Attending to the finishing touches that enhance the overall appearance of the painted surfaces.
n

Protective Gear: Using masks, gloves, and other protective equipment to prevent exposure to harmful chemicals.

Work Environment: Ensuring proper ventilation and handling of hazardous materials.
