With dealerships across the Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and Fraser Coast, we are continuing to grow and are looking for a new team member to join our Administration Team at Maroochydore.

About the Role
We are looking for either an experienced Administration Clerk or an enthusiastic trainee or school leaver looking to start a career in administration.
This is a Monday-to-Friday position, with full time hours preferred; however, school hours will be considered for the right candidate.
The role is varied and provides administrative support across our dealership operations.
Key Responsibilities
Processing vehicle sales and deal documentation
Processing manufacturer warranty registrations
Entering new and used vehicles into stock
Processing daily banking
Assisting with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Data entry, filing and general administration
Answering incoming calls and directing enquiries
Providing general administrative support to the wider dealership team
About You
We are looking for someone who is organised, reliable and comfortable working in a busy dealership environment.
You will ideally have:
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills
Good organisational and time-management skills
The ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
A current driver's licence
Previous administration or automotive dealership experience will be highly regarded but is not essential. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
