About the role
n
We are seeking a Factory Hand to join our manufacturing team on a full-time basis at our facility in Moolap VIC ****. In this role, you will be an integral part of our production operations, supporting the assembly and processing activities that keep our operations running smoothly. You will work as part of a dedicated team, contributing to the efficient and safe production of our products whilst maintaining our commitment to quality standards.

MUST HAVE CURRENT VALID FORKLIFT LICENSE & EXPERIENCE DRIVING FORKLIFTS

MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORT
n
MUST HAVE CURRENT AUSTRALIAN VISA WORK RIGHTS

Key responsibilities
n
Performing general assembly and manufacturing tasks as directed by supervisors and production schedules
n
Operating machinery and equipment safely and according to established procedures and guidelines
n
Monitoring product quality and identifying any issues or defects that require attention
n
Preparing workstations and gathering materials needed for production processes
n
Packaging and labelling finished products in accordance with company standards
n
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, including regular housekeeping and waste management
n




Following all health and safety protocols and reporting any incidents or hazards promptly
n
Supporting colleagues and working collaboratively as part of the production team
n
Assisting with inventory management and stock rotation as required
n
What we're looking for
n
Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly or process work is advantageous
n
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment with minimal supervision
n
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards
n
Reliability and punctuality, with the flexibility to adapt to production schedule requirements
n
Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting materials
n
Willingness to learn new processes and operate machinery safely
n
A proactive approach to health and safety in the workplace
n
Basic communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
n
Preferably based in or willing to commute to the Moolap area
n
