Join our growing team as a Casual PCW. We're seeking experienced carers who are
available for night shifts, have community care experience, and are happy to travel across Carindale, Eagleby, and surrounding areas
to support clients in their homes.

What You'll Be Doing
Providing personal care such as showering, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Assisting with mobility and transfers using appropriate techniques and equipment Supporting clients with meals, feeding, and hydration
Helping clients with dressing and maintaining their personal appearance
Offering companionship and emotional support to promote client wellbeing




Performing light housekeeping tasks including making beds, doing laundry, and maintaining a clean and safe workplace
Observing and reporting any changes in clients' health or behavior
Engaging clients in meaningful social and recreational activities to promote mental and emotional wellbeing
Collaborating with nurses and allied health professionals to ensure quality care
What We're Looking For
Experience working with home care clients
Community experience is required
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability) or equivalent
Must be available for night shifts
A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
Must be willing to travel between client locations (across Carindale, Eagleby, and surrounding areas)
A current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one
Must have work rights in Australia
A genuine passion for helping others and pride in delivering high-quality personal care services.
Reliability, strong attention to detail, and a solid work ethic
A desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our veteran clients
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Experience accompanying clients to appointments, social outings, and community activities is highly valued
Ability to start ASAP is preferred
