About the Role
As a
Store Manager
, you'll have
full ownership of your store's success
— leading day‐to‐day operations, driving strong commercial results, and delivering a consistently outstanding customer experience.
You'll lead by example, act as a
Brand Ambassador
, and build a high‐performing,



customer‐first culture while maintaining strong operational and financial standards.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading end‐to‐end store operations with a
Customer First
mindset
Driving sales performance, KPIs, and commercial results
Recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and developing high‐performing teams
Leading rosters, payroll accuracy, and performance management
Setting the benchmark for customer experience, VM, and store presentation
Managing stock accuracy, loss prevention, and inventory control
Executing promotions, campaigns, and in‐store initiatives
Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and financial procedures
Liaising with centre management and external partners
Acting as a hands‐on Brand Ambassador on the shop floor
What You'll Bring
Proven experience as a
Store Manager
or senior retail leader
A solid track record of driving sales and team performance
Solid understanding of retail operations, stock control, and financial processes
Confident leadership, decision‐making, and problem‐solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capability
A genuine passion for beauty, trends, and premium customer service
A professional, confident presence aligned with the W cosmetics brand
