Your Role As Head of Commercial Property Management, you will provide direction, structure and leadership across the department.
n Your key responsibilities will include:
n
n
Lead, mentor and develop the Commercial Property Management team
n
Oversee departmental operations, performance and service standards
n
Implement systems and processes that improve efficiency and accountability
n




Support the team with training, complex matters and escalations
n
Manage workloads, recruitment and onboarding as the department grows
n
Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
n
Partner with senior leadership to drive compliance, profitability and long-term growth
n
n
To be considered, you will require:
n
n
Extensive experience within commercial property or asset management
n
Proven experience leading and managing a commercial property team
n
Robust knowledge of commercial property management operations
n
Experience implementing systems, procedures and process improvements
n
A demonstrated ability to improve team efficiency and performance
n
Strong coaching, mentoring and people-management capabilities
n
Confidence managing complex matters, escalations and senior stakeholders
n
Excellent commercial awareness and strategic thinking
n
A calm, accountable and solutions-focused leadership style
n
A Queensland real estate registration or licence
n
n
Take the Lead This role would suit an established Head of Department, Commercial Property Management Leader, Senior Asset Manager or highly experienced Commercial Property Manager ready to step into a broader leadership position.
