What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient stock flow and order fulfilment.
n
Receive, inspect, label, store, pick, pack and dispatch inventory.
n
Load and unload incoming and outgoing freight safely and efficiently.
n
Maintain inventory accuracy through stock control activities and regular stocktakes.
n
Manage warehouse locations, bin codes and inventory systems to ensure data accuracy.
n
Generate freight connotes and coordinate cost‐effective freight bookings.
n
Maintain a clean,



safe and organised warehouse environment aligned with Zero Harm principles.
n
Support customers at the front counter and assist with warehouse‐related enquiries.
n
n
Mandatory Requirements
n
n
Current Forklift Licence (LF).
n
C Class (Manual) Drivers Licence.
n
Reliable transportation.
n
Experience operating warehouse equipment and materials handling machinery.
n
Demonstrated warehouse, logistics, stores, or inventory management experience.
n
Ability to safely load, unload, pick, pack and dispatch stock.
n
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
n
Strong understanding of workplace safety practices and commitment to Zero Harm.
n
Ability to travel to customer sites when required.
n
n
Preferred Experience
n
n
4 to 5 years' experience in Warehousing.
n
Forklift Operations experience.
n
Experience using warehouse management or inventory systems.
n
Exposure to industrial, mining, manufacturing or heavy industry environments.
n
Experience conducting stocktakes and inventory reconciliations.
n
Freight booking and transport coordination experience.
n
Customer service experience within a technical, trade or industrial environment.
n
Knowledge of CRM systems and order processing.
n
