Role Overview
We are seeking a
motivated and driven Sales Associate
to join our top-producing team. This is an incredible opportunity to work alongside experienced agents, gain hands-on industry knowledge, and fast-track your real estate career. The ideal candidate will be passionate about real estate, highly organised, and eager to learn and grow in a rapid-paced, high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist lead agent with buyer and seller inquiries, property research, and market analysis.
Coordinate property listings, marketing campaigns, and social media content.
Conduct buyer inspections, follow-ups, and assist in open homes.
Manage CRM updates, client communications, and transaction administration.
Support in prospecting, database management,



and lead generation.
Provide exceptional customer service to maintain and grow client relationships.
Skills and Experience
A current
Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence
.
Must have experience in similar role as a Sales Agent, Associate, Property Manager, BDM.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive, results-driven mindset with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate CRM systems.
A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
