What You'll Be Doing: Influence, Support & Masterful Operations
As a Property Manager in our dynamic head office team, you'll be an integral part of our operations, providing essential, high-impact support. Your responsibilities will include:
Becoming the Go-To Resource:
Proactively assisting our vast network of real estate agents across Australia and New Zealand with their day-to-day property management administrative duties.
Effective Communication:
Building strong relationships and communicating regularly with agents in the field to ensure they have the exact support they need, precisely when they need it.
Staying Informed & Empowering Others:
Helping to keep agents updated on critical changes in tenancy laws, positioning you as a key knowledge hub.
Seamless Liaison:
Expertly managing incoming communications from landlords and tenants, efficiently directing queries and assisting with resolutions.
Administrative Powerhouse:
Mastering various administrative tasks, including:
Processing maintenance requests swiftly and efficiently.
Assisting with proactive arrears management to protect investments.
Supporting critical compliance reporting and upkeep.
Smoothly processing current managements and tenancies.
Handling invoicing and tenant charges with precision.
Assisting with vacates and bond management for seamless transitions.
What We're Looking For: Your Path to Success
We're seeking someone who is ready to thrive in this unique, supportive environment:
Real Estate Qualifications:
A current Real Estate Licence or Agent Representative / Salespersons Certificate. Currently completing this? We STILL encourage you to apply!
Tech-Savvy:




Proficient with general computer-based systems and comfortable learning new software quickly. Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Property Tree, Inspection Manager) is a significant advantage.
Organised & Detail-Oriented:
Exceptional organisational skills with the proven ability to multi-task, manage several projects simultaneously and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
Robust Communicator:
You possess superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and regularly with real estate agents in the field, building trust and efficiency.
Team Player:
You genuinely enjoy collaborating with others and are happy to jump in and provide support to your colleagues whenever needed.
Willingness to Learn:
For those new to property management, a genuine interest and eagerness to learn are paramount.

Competitive Package:
A highly attractive salary package ranging from
$75,000 – $95,000 per year
based on your experience,
