The Gut Brain Clinic is inviting Clinical Psychologists, General Psychologists and Health Psychologists to join our Coorparoo practice.

About the Practice
n
We are a practice focusing on gut-brain psychology and women's health psychology. We also take general psychology referrals, allowing for a versatile case mix.
n
Common presentations include:
n
n
IBS and functional gut disorders
n
Anxiety, depression, and stress (with or without gut symptoms)
n
Chronic health conditions with gut-brain components
n
n
The team is small and includes psychologists, gut-directed hypnotherapists, and a dietitian. Referrals come from GPs,
gastroenterologists
and other specialists.
n
This position is ideal if you're interested in gut psychology or would like to build skills in this area.
n
The Arrangement
n
n
You practise as an independent contractor with your own ABN.
n




Revenue split is negotiable based on your experience.
n
You can choose your own days and hours.
n

Consulting rooms and full administrative support for scheduling and billing, so you can focus on clinical work.

Referral pathways from GPs and specialists
n
A collaborative peer network with regular MDT discussions
n
We also offer training on gut health issues and support with gut hypnotherapy training if you are interested in pursuing this.

What we're Seeking
n

AHPRA registration
n
Professional indemnity insurance
n
ABN
n
Experience with gut psychology, health psychology or women's health is helpful but not essential.
n
