Duties:

Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email
n




Respond to enquiries about deliveries, orders, and take payments over the phone
n
Accurately process customer orders and data
n
Build rapport with customers and promote the product range
n
Contribute to a positive and team oriented work environment

About the Company:

Our client is expanding their Customer Service team in preparation for the busy Christmas season. You'll be fully trained and supported to handle a range of customer enquiries across inbound and outbound calls and emails.

About you:

n
Previous customer service experience (call centre experience highly regarded)
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
Must be able to commit to part time hours
n
Availability to commence immediately
n
Available to work over the Christmas period
n
Must be able to reliably commute to Regents Park
n
