Job Description:
As a Financial Adviser, you will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their financial journey and make informed decisions. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial objectives, analyse their current financial situation, and develop tailored strategies to help them achieve their goals. The role requires a strong sales mindset and excellent phone experience to effectively communicate with clients and build long-lasting relationships.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough financial assessments and provide comprehensive advice based on clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
Develop customised financial plans encompassing investment strategies, retirement planning, and risk management.
Proactively identify opportunities to optimise clients' portfolios and recommend suitable investment products and services.
Regularly review and update clients' financial plans to ensure alignment with their evolving needs and market conditions.




Utilise strong sales skills to effectively communicate the value of our services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
FASEA approved.
Proven experience as a Financial Adviser.
Excellent sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, especially over the phone.
Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve both personal and team goals.
