The Role

You'll manage a portfolio of private market funds, with exposure across:

Investor onboarding and AML/KYC
n
Applications, redemptions and transfers
n
Distributions and capital calls
n
Investor and unit-holder registry maintenance
n
FATCA/CRS and compliance requirements
n
Investor and fund manager communications
n
Fund operations and capital activity
n
Process improvement and automation

About You
n
You'll have 2+ years' experience across registry, investor services, unit registry or fund administration.
n
You'll be a strong communicator who is proactive, detail-focused, personable and comfortable taking ownership.
n
Experience across listed or unlisted funds will be considered. What's most important is strong registry experience and an interest in building your career within private markets.
