McArthur Aged Care has partnered with a highly regarded Not-for-Profit Aged Care Provider to find a passionate and qualified aged care professional. Together, we support elderly and frail clients who wish to remain living independently in their own homes.

We currently have an opportunity for a Personal Care Assistant across the Ballarat area. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference while working with a leading Not-for-Profit aged care provider.

Weekly pay

Excellent pay rate of $***** per hour + paid travel time + travel allowance + $1.05 per km
n
Minimum of 4 hours guaranteed per rostered day
n
Free Police Check provided.

Prospect to transition to permanent part-time employment (based on performance).

To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
A positive attitude and genuine passion for aged care.
n
Availability to work a minimum of 3 days per week, Monday to Friday, with availability for at least a 6-hour block between 09:00am and 5:00pm.
n
Victorian driver's licence, reliable vehicle, and comprehensive car insurance.
n
Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
n
One of the following qualifications: Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, Home & Community Care; or Certificate IV in Disability.
