CSO/CSM (Associate / Pathway to Adviser)

The Opportunity
n
As a key member of the team, you will provide support to advisers and clients while gaining exposure across all aspects of the financial planning process.
n
Responsibilities may include:
n
n
Sitting in on client meetings and helping with strategy
n
Managing client communications and relationships
n
Preparing and processing client documentation
n
Assisting with implementation of advice recommendations
n
Liaising with product providers and external stakeholders
n
Managing review workflows and client meetings
n
Maintaining accurate client records and compliance requirements
n
Supporting advisers with day-to-day administration
n
Assisting with business operations and process improvements

About You
n
We are open to speaking with candidates at various levels, including experienced CSOs, Senior CSOs, CSMs, Associate Advisers and Financial Planning Administrators.
n
You may have:
n
n
Experience within a financial planning or wealth management environment
n
Exposure to Xplan or similar CRM systems
n
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
High attention to detail and organisational skills
n
A genuine desire to build a long-term career in financial planning
n
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
n
