Job Description
Capital Maintenance Solutions Pty Ltd are seeking for experienced Roof Tilers to join their team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, repair, replacement, and maintenance of tiled roofing systems across residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

Install and repair concrete, terracotta, and other tiled roofing systems.
n
Measure, set out, cut, and fit roof tiles accurately.
n
Install roof battens, ridge, hip, valley, and verge components.
n
Complete bedding, pointing, flashing, sealing, and waterproofing works.
n
Inspect and replace damaged or deteriorated roof tiles.
n
Follow WHS requirements and maintain safe work practices at heights.
n
Use and maintain roofing tools and equipment.
n
Complete required job and site documentation.

Skills & Experience
n
n
Minimum 3 years' experience in roof tiling.
n
Current White Card or ability to obtain one.
n
Working at Heights accreditation.
n
Solid knowledge of roof tiling methods and WHS requirements.
n
Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
n
Good attention to detail and quality workmanship.
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
n
Desirable: EWP licence, asbestos
awareness/accreditation,
driver's licence and reliable transport.
