Working side by side with your Store Manager, you'll set the standard for customer experience, coach and develop the team, and turn opportunities on the floor into strong results. We're looking for someone genuine, passionate and customer-first, who wants to grow as a leader and see the whole store succeed.
YOU'LL BE A EXCELLENT FIT IF YOU:
Are passionate about menswear and take real pride in helping every customer feel confident in what they're wearing
Have retail experience and a strong track record of achieving sales and KPI targets
Enjoy coaching and developing others, and know how to bring out the best in a team
Can read the floor,
